About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host at Maple Tree Inn. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet every guest and seat them at their assigned table.
Answer phone calls and take reservations.
Accept carryout orders and complete carryout transactions.

Requirements:

Guest first mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Positive and professional demeanor

Maple Tree Inn has been a staple in the south suburbs for 50 years, known for our delicious Creole and Cajun cuisine. Our team is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, and we value a positive and collaborative work environment for our employees.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
