The following responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Oversee front-of-house staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Train and mentor new employees to uphold our service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism.
- Assist in creating and executing promotional events and specials.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Illinois Manager Food Sanitation certificate required.
- Illinois BASSET certificate required.
- Illinois Allergen certificate required.
- Illinois Sexual Harassment training required.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. (We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day)
