- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas throughout the shift.
- Restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy periods.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (We are open Wednesday through Sunday).
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Food Handler Certificate & Sexual Harrassment Certificate for Restaurants required.
